Most members access their accounts and customer support through their account administrator's website. However, depending on your account setup, you may access your account directly from Elevate's website. If you're not sure, it's best to check your welcome materials or the contact information on the back of your debit card. Those materials will show you where to go and who to contact for support.
As a technology platform provider, Elevate does not contract directly with employers. Therefore, we cannot provide employer-level support. Instead, our account administration partners manage employer programs. Please reach out to your account administrator for assistance.
