Hierarchy Overview
Partners have unlimited flexibility with Elevate's system. Plan settings and branding are set at the partner level, and settings can flow down or be overwritten at any level.
Partner is the highest setting in the hierarchy. All partner plan and branding settings can flow down or be overwritten.
Business segments can represent any of the partner's business divisions (for example, a reseller or market segment).
Employer segments may be configured to reflect settings specific to any employer.
Employer settings flow down to employees.
Employers may choose to have different subsidiary settings.
Subsidiary settings flow down to employees.
